One of the few ramen shops that take credit cards. Alas, the noodles nor the soup lack luster.
Last week story, Found this ramen shop while we are crossing the junction and saw McDonald's. But who would want to resist to have ramen when you are in Japan right...Love the Ramen, the aged ramen noodles they use are so good. Love the texture and the tasty soup. And not forgetting the chicken karaage it is so yummy. Very lucky to have the ramen. It was abit drizzling outside, was in a hurry to go, I left my phone on the table. Quickly run back to the restaurant and luckily one of the lady staff kept it and I got my phone back safely. Thank you 💗
An absolutely incredibly delicious ramen. So full of flavor and amazing aroma from the very first bite. The staff was super friendly and accommodated my special requests. 🙏🤩
Ramen was very good but one of the employees kept coughing without a mask around the food and the large pots of broth. Not sure why no one blinked an eye but as an American that would be considered a health hazard. Would go again if proper health etiquette was followed.
Being a few steps away from a Shichijō Station entrance, we walked by a few times before trying it out and I'm glad we did. The broth of the Spice Level 1 was delicious with a little bit of tongue-coating heat. I'm a sucker for pork back fat so I enjoyed it in my ramen and seeing it on the toppings menu.
Best Gyoza in Kyoto
Honestly, looked too nice to not be a tourist trap but the spicy ramen (level 3) was phenomenal. Not sure about authenticity as I’m not Japanese but the flavor profile was incredible. I wasn’t even really hungry but ate it all. Good price point as well.
Kyoto Ramen Labo offers a great selection of delicious ramen with unique flavors. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is friendly. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and taste make it worth the visit. A solid choice for ramen lovers in Kyoto!
