店主のKellyが作る美味しいハイボールが人気です。
She invited us in on the street and proceeded to basically be the best person in the world. We had so much fun doing karaoke for hours and she kept filling our cups with highballs and our heads and hearts with amazing memories. You should really spend some time here if you can, you'll thank yourself for it.
She gave everyone a place to be. Kelly was so kind and everyone in the bar was a good time. Hidden and wonderful. My drink was literally never less than half full. Kelly quickly became an auntie. Cash only. Best time. Stairs to enter
Kelly was a great host and my karaoke session was enjoyable. I want to go back again!

Went here with my boyfriend at the end of our Japan trip, one of the highlights of the whole trip. Kelly was so kind and welcoming and makes amazing drinks! I had so much fun singing with her. If you are looking for a fun night, don't look anywhere else, just go here (:
Stopped here on a work trip with my coworkers. Not the traditional private room atmosphere, but we filled the place up and had a blast! Fun to sing with the owners, too!!

I had a wonderful time at Kelly’s Bar! She was so nice and has very vibrant and inviting personality. She has great taste in music and brought out her tambourine to sing and dance with me! She even made me traditional Philippine food! I will definitely return!
We had a FAB time at Kelly’s bar! She made us feel very welcome and even accompanied our karaoke with a tambourine haha! Great fun. X

Kelly’s Bar is such a great place to visit! The staff are very accommodating and friendly, making you feel welcome right away. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends, definitely a must-go spot. I also love that they accept card payments, which makes it super convenient and easy to pay. Highly recommended!
