四十三山(よそみやま 明治新山) 展望台の特徴
四十三山展望台へ続く自然道はハイキングに最適です。
頂上から見える洞爺湖と中島の景色は絶景です。
雨の日は滑りやすい石段に注意が必要です。
冬季間閉鎖してました。
This is the location of the Yosomiyama summit observation platform reached by the Yosomiyama Nature Trail. The view from the platform was mostly obscured by the surrounding vegetation but you can see Tōyako and Nakajima and the summit of Mt Usu above. Well worth the hike if you have a spare hour or two. Wear sturdy footwear as there are a lot of stone steps that can be slippery in the rain.

Too much vegetation at the top, the lake is almost unseen. The hike itself was nice, though the trail might sometimes be slippery so bring proper shoes.
