I chanced upon Hsin when I was researching for Hokkaido photographers on IG, and it was the best decision to engage her for my couple shoot in Japan! She was very friendly throughout the entire process, and directed us (who are v awkward in front of camera) very well. The photos turned out amazing because she is so good at her job. It was truly the highlight of my japan trip and I would definitely recommend her to others/engage her again!!

We had great pleasure of meeting Hsin during our stay in Sapporo. She offered us a lot of incredible pictures as a souvenir of our trip. The afternoon of the shoot was so pleasant thanks to her kindness and energy. We had such a great time. The images were sent very quickly (just under a week), and the communication before and after the photoshoot was perfect. We had an amazing experience with Hsin at Lake Toya, Hokkaido! From the start, she went above and beyond. We were impressed that she and her assistants traveled for two hours to reach our chosen location. She recommended photo locations that matched our style, offered advice on outfits, and kindly helped us liaise with a wonderful makeup artist, Moe. It was an amazing experience having professional photos taken during our trip. Hsin was very helpful even before our Hokkaido journey, sharing her insights on where we could capture great shots. As tourists, we initially chose Farm Tomita because of its famous lavender fields. However, Hsin advised us that it would be crowded and that the farm charged a hefty fee for professional photography. Instead, she found another spot with far fewer people, where we could still enjoy the beauty of the lavender fields.She was such a helpful, bubbly, and kind photographer who managed to make my son laugh throughout the entire photo session. We truly enjoyed the whole experience!
