Really good ramen. Nice place. Perfect food for winter, really flavorful and the noodles are delicious. Gyoza are pretty great too
It was a comfy communal seating restaurant in the middle of Niseko Ski Village. Their ramen was perfectly done with rich delicious broth. Their gyozas were crispy outside and yet moist in the inside. The ice cold beer washed and complemented the food really well after a day of skiing. The staff who ran the line is a bit abrupt but the wait staff was efficient and nice
I went in with my daughter first and asked for a table for five. While we stepped out to use the restroom, our table was given to another group 😅There weren’t many menu choices, and the food didn’t taste like what I’ve had at Ippudo. I hope they’ll improve in the future.

周辺のオススメ
This spot has a big indoor dining area so it was easy for us to get a table. I loved the convenience of the tablet ordering system. Our food came out fast and the ramen was what you'd expect from Ippudo - delicious broth, chewy noodles, and fresh toppings. We enjoyed the highballs as well.
