施設内に期間限定出店しているハンバーガー店『Wagyu To World Wide』さんに行って来ました。今回はバーガーのみ頂きましたが、併設のワインバーのワインリストが素晴らしかったです。シャンパーニュやブルゴーニュの有名生産者多数。ジャックセロスもオンリストされていました。スキー帰りにスキーウェアーのまま、ハンバーガーを片手にグランヴァンを楽しむ非日常体験が出来そうです。
In front of Kutchan Station, a premium Wagyu hamburger restaurant, Wagyutoworldwide (with a fine wine bar), a food truck from the premium steakhouse Wolfgang, and a café bar have opened this winter in the Hirafu Izumikyo area as a commercial facility called Grand Centro. This time, we visited a Kobe beef hamburger specialty shop and the fine wine bar. When you order a hamburger or wine, you can enjoy your meal inside a heated tent. With ice lanterns and illuminations, the atmosphere is delightful. The Kobe beef hamburger, featuring bread baked in-house, additive-free sauce (prepared by a former sous chef from the French Embassy in Japan), and the finest Kobe beef patty, offers an exquisite balance of flavors and is truly delicious. It's within walking distance from Hirafu Slope, making it an excellent new spot for those seeking a meal this winter. I highly recommend visiting at least once.

周辺のオススメ
羊蹄山やアンヌプリの山がきれいだったので、NISEKO CLASSICの途中で立ち寄りました。ひらふの中心やスキー場に近くて、周りにカフェやホテルのほか沢山のコテージがありました。モダンなコテージ風の建物が幾つかあって、イタリアンレストランとお寿司屋さんがありました。近くの管理センターで聞いたところ、テナントを募集しているようでした。いいお店が入るといいね。
