This newly opened sake bar is definitely worth stopping by. While it's not a huge space, it is easily made up by how welcome we felt going in. The person working there was more than happy to make conversation to speak about the sake that was available and the process of making it.We were more than happy to get some sake and learn about the differences between them.

Lovely place to try out a few sakes. Highly recommend. I had a nice conversation with the staff Mayumi as well. Would love to come back again next time I’m in town!
Friendly staff and cozy set up
お店で飲んだ日本酒北海道のお酒。名前が思い出せない。三から始まる。で『三千櫻』を見事導き出していただきました。店主さすがさすが感謝です。静岡の地酒も結構置いてあったのが嬉しいですねぇ。魚はもちろんお酒も美味しい北海道。楽しい観光にはこういうお店が欠かせないですね。
There's a variety of authentic Japanese sake to try here. If you're not sure - like us - you can even try the gachapon stalls outside, that gives you a capsule with a ticket to sample a 60mL drink.We did the latter, and the staff was able to serve our drinks with ease and provided a menu with details on each drink they had in stock. Bonus for providing us an English menu as well!It wasn't busy at all when we visited on a weekday afternoon, and water is also self-service on the bar table. One of the drinks my partner got from the gachapon was sold out, so he even got to select one of his choice. It's worth trying out the Tengu if you're a fan of sale, or even just curious to try out this alcohol. You'll love it. 🍷
