Love the new DFAC remodel. Food tasty!
I do not see the value. Plus a 33% surcharge! How is that even legal? Surcharge is another word for Tax, without calling it a Tax. Base is tax free. What's going on? This place is way over priced. Switch from itemized to flat rate, and toss the "surcharge" tax. One set price for breakfast, set price for lunch, set price for dinner.Service is impeccable, both from the Air Force Service members and the Japanese civilians.
