I had an outstanding experience buying my Honda Integra DC2 from Ancar, and I can’t recommend them enough.Kikuchi truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He made it possible for me to fly up from Okinawa to Tokyo to see the car in person, test drive it, and inspect it as long as I needed. I spent over an hour at the dealership and never once felt rushed.Since this was a consignment sale, Kikuchi handled all communication with the owner and worked extremely hard to make the deal happen. I gave my offer, and both he and the dealership put in real effort to get the car within my price. In the end, they successfully made it happen.What really impressed me most was that Kikuchi didn’t stop there—he even flew down to Okinawa to help me receive the car and guide me through the registration process. This was my first time registering a vehicle in Japan as a foreigner, and having that support made a huge difference.This dealership genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. I would absolutely buy another car from Ancar again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, trustworthy car-buying experience in Japan.日本語:Ancarでホンダ・インテグラ DC2を購入しましたが、最初から最後まで本当に素晴らしい対応でした。心からおすすめできるディーラーです。担当してくださった菊地さんは、期待以上のサポートをしてくださいました。沖縄から東京まで飛んで実車を確認できるよう手配してくださり、試乗や車両チェックも、時間を気にせず納得いくまでさせていただけました。実際、1時間以上ディーラーに滞在しましたが、急かされることは一切ありませんでした。今回の車両は委託販売でしたが、菊地さんがオーナー様とのやり取りをすべて担当してくださり、私が提示した価格で購入できるよう、ディーラー全体で本当に一生懸命動いてくださいました。その結果、希望していた条件で購入することができました。さらに感動したのは、購入後もサポートが続いたことです。私は外国人で、日本で車を登録するのが今回初めてだったのですが、菊地さんがわざわざ沖縄まで来てくださり、車の受け取りから登録手続きまで手伝ってくださいました。ここまでしてくださるディーラーはなかなかないと思います。Ancarは本当にお客様のことを第一に考えてくれるディーラーです。次に車を購入する際も、ぜひまたお願いしたいと思います。
