A little but often busy snack with a very cheerful Mama-san and two girls. It's a great place to unwind (or build up a head of steam) with a cheap nomihodai option. The staff only speaks Japanese, but they'll do their best even if there's a language barrier.As a note, the normal open days shift if there's a "Happy Monday" three-day weekend, with Sunday being open and the following Tuesday being closed.
