Totally recommended for Ginzan onsen experience tour. Our guide is Kayo-san. She’s very professional in her work during the tour. The briefing before the tour is very informative. Also, it is very thoughtful of them to provide us with shoes spikes for snow which are very helpful to use at ginzan onsen as it is slippery. The tour is very punctual and the drive is very smooth. My wife left one of her glove in the car. Big thanks to Kayo-San too for sending it to us in Osaka with no charge at all. Totally recommended !! Please dont hesitate to book this tour for pleasant visit to ginzan onsen
