蓮まつりからの帰路立ち寄りました。お昼時間でしかもお盆の帰省客で満席でしたが併設されたショップを眺めながら待ち時間も気になりません。手作り感満載のケーキやドリンクだけでも満足。次回はお店ご自慢のパンケーキやハンバーグなども食べてみたいと思います。

雰囲気はとてもよかったです。
とっても素敵な空間で、お料理も美味しかったし、インテリアの雑貨も素敵でした。ただ、行った時期が冬だったのもあり、広い空間なので、寒かったです。ひざ掛けが用意されていますが、一枚しか入っていないので、二人で行くと、スタッフさんに声がけしないと借りられないのか、気が引けて聞けませんでしたね。クラウドファンディングでいろいろされていて、地元の方々との交流も素晴らしい取り組みだと思います。
Circulo is an absolutely phenomenal little cafe in Nitta in Tome.The Circulo Tomato Burger is honestly one of, if not the best burgers in Tome. The ingredients are primarily locally sourced with fresh local wagyu beef, onions, and lettuce. The beef is delicious and filled with flavor and the onions are perfectly grilled and very sweet. The tomato sauce does a lot to round out the flavor and really enhance everything. It's a little expensive, but it's because you're getting truly fresh and tasty ingredients.The atmosphere is very comfortable and modern, while still being friendly. It's a place you can easily sit and relax for a while. And the locally made little items in the next room are fun to browse.The staff are really who bring it all together. They're extremely friendly and kind and always excited to see everyone. Every time I go in, we are able to strike up a conversation and it's nice to get some really positive interactions. For those who may not know Japanese well, they also know enough English to interact well and make even foreigners very comfortable!I highly highly recommend Circulo! Make sure to get in for lunch and try the delicious burger!

開放感がある店内。他のお客様が話していてもガヤガヤ感もなくゆとりあるスペースで、ゆっくり過ごせました。今回はカレードリアセットを注文。毎日食べたくなる味でした。ハンドメイド作家さんの取り扱いや近場で活躍しているアーティストさんの作品などもあり、食事以外でも楽しめます。ワンコ同伴席もあるそうですが、スペースが限られてるので、それに関しては事前に要相談が良いかと。そのうち、私もワンコと来たいと思います。
