「冬の訪れ、ノスタルジー」を頂きました。味や香りだけではなく、そのコーヒーを飲んでいるシーンを思い描きながら選べる商品名がおもしろい。デカフェだったので冷え込んできた夕～夜のお供にしています。ミルクとあわせてカフェオレにしても美味しそうです。
浅煎りだからなのか、良い豆だからなのかは正直なところ分からないのですが、果汁のようなフルーツ感を感じるここのコーヒーは、とても美味しいです。他のも気になるところですが、次も同じのを購入したいと思います。

Fantastic specialty pour-over coffee, roasted fresh each month by the owner, with delicious biscuits and small buns. This coffee shop operates out of Toroto cafe's "shared kitchen" - a rotating roster of small food and drink businesses in a room next to the main cafe - and is only open on Fridays. I come every week because the coffee is varied and delicious - its not too bitter but not sour either. I really enjoy having a long conversation with the owner, who speaks English, is very friendly, and has taught me lots about different varieties of coffee. If you happen to be visiting the area on a Friday it is well worth the visit, and if you are a local you ought to be a regular :)
