Excellent service in a brand new location. It was my first time in a Jins opticians. I was served by Hillie and she guided me though everything from start to finish - eye test though to warranty explanation. To make things easier, she used her wonderful English skills to cover my mediocre Japanese. Since my prescription was in stock, I had two new sets of glasses in about an hour. I was able to pay using my credit card. Hillie's colleagues were also very friendly. Would recommend
