Top class luxurious accommodation with (on a clear day) exquisite Mt Fuji viewsThis hidden gem is a spacious, clean and luxuriously equipped accommodation with ample room located in a quiet country lane with a small area for parking. We were more than happy with the excellent facilities and had good views of Mt Fuji from the kitchen area and upstairs (clear days are needed though). We will have fond memories of our stay here, it's well worth paying that little bit extra for such a fantastic place to tour Hakone from!Several steps lead up to the entrance, so visitors with mobility issues (like one of us) have a small challenge, but like most good things in Japan - you have to climb steps to enjoy them. The onsen bath is using ordinary tap water, but still enjoyed with a nice size sauna room. A car is recommended to get to the place, a small parking area at the foot of the steps is available. All minor things to know about.
