Darren saved my vacation. I had arrived in Japan after a 13-hour flight from Toronto. I somehow ended up sleeping awkwardly on the plane. The day after arrival it manifested itself in a pinched nerve in my shoulder/arm and I was in excruciating pain. I tried exercising, heating and cooling but nothing was seeming to work. I could barely move my arm and was worried our trip was ruined.I was referred to Darren by a friend. He was very calm and explained what was happening in my shoulder. We exercised for about 40 minutes and at the end of it I was no longer feeling constricted, my muscles and nerves had relaxed and I could move freely again. I was a great relief and I was ready to keep travelling. I highly recommend Darren’s expertise and positive demeanour to help repair you repair your body. I often revisit and heed his advice.
I had the best massage! Space is clean, thoughtful, beautiful. Masumi’s calm energy and blessed magic hands transformed my post surf body. Highly recommend!!
