新しく改装された宿泊施設で清潔感があり、快適です。
小さなキッチンや電子レンジ、調理器具が揃い便利です。
目の前にファミマがあり、周辺には飲食店やセカンドハンドショップが充実しています。
The location was optimal for me, commuting between Shibuya and the university in Hiyoshi. The staff especially Auu was super accommodating and answered all my request. I was working from my room as well and had all I needed. Also Gadugei Daigaku is a really cool hood with plenty of good restaurants and thrift stores, worth exploring
Stayed here on two different occasions, same room both times as it was great value for money. As far as hostels go it's a great place to stay. We had everything we needed and more in the room and it all worked as it should. The location is not fantastic, but theres a convenience store next door and plenty of places to eat in a 1 km radius. The service provided when we needed it was also fantastic and kind (phone).
The apartment is perfectly fit my Solo trip in Tokyo. I spend a couple nights while I was waiting for my next flight and it was my right decision. The property is closed to Naka-Meguro and it was right on time of the Sakura Festival near Naka-Meguro station.||The food shops near Gakugeidai station were impressive. I wish I could have try much more dishes over there. I will definitely come back and stay here again for sure.
Living like local in Tokyo.Fully equipments with small kitchen.Walk 15 min. from Musachi-Koyama train station and local market. Lots of foods and second hands shops.Coin parking nearby 100m.Family mart in front of hostel.
眼の前にコンビニがありますので便利です．小さいですけど清潔感のある部屋ですね．大きな道路が走っていますが外の騒音も気にならないとは思います．雰囲気は写真で感じてください．全く人に合わずにテェックイン出来ます．
・シンプルな部屋・写真より狭い・不潔ではない・受付はない・パスワードで入る仕組み・隣にファミマがある・武蔵小山駅が最寄りだが5分くらい歩く・Wi-Fiは弱い・角部屋だと外の車の音がうるさい・エアコンはあまり効かない・室内スリッパあり・シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープあり・トイレとお風呂一体型・メンテナンスしてくださるおじさんは親切・テレビあり・電子レンジや調理器具あり・食器類もあり個人的には、これで十分でした過度なサービスや立派すぎるエントランスは不要だと思ってます。泊まるだけならとてもリラックスできます。朝食や夕食は外で食べるので不要です。もう少し安くてもう少し駅近だったら最高でした。
The room is large, clean, and comfortable. It has a small kitchen with kitchen wares, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator, an air purifier, a TV, and a compact bath room. FamilyMart is just next door which is very convenient. A coined washer and a coined dryer are right at the front door. This area is quiet and safe. We also find a nice park, nearby for morning exercise.
I had a wonderful stay at Hostel Lund II in Tokyo. The hostel is newly refurbished and offers cozy and private rooms with kitchen facilities, free Wi-Fi and bath amenities. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, with a great view of the city. The location was also perfect, just south of the Meguro River and close to Oimachi station, where you can easily access Shibuya and Shinjuku by train. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with keys, local information and tips. I highly recommend Hostel Lund II for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable accommodation in Tokyo.

The room was very clean and well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. There is a convenience store right in front of the hostel, making everything even more convenient. The hostel is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station and the community mall.
