My experience with Jump Start Abroad was great. I had a pre-consultation before moving with Corey where he explained everything that I needed to know and kept in contact until my flight.Once arriving Corey and Seina met with me the day after I landed and helped me set up my bank and town hall documents which I couldn't have done without them.Corey then set to work helping me find the most suitable apartment which was done in under a month. They even talked me through my first bank transfer.If you are a foreigner moving to Japan Corey and Seina are the most helpful and lovely people to help you with the transition. Thank you very much!
Simply the best agency for foreigners!Corey and Seina were amazing. I had the chance to start my apartment search in Tokyo with them and I can't recommend them enough.Corey was super transparent and explained everything about the real estate system in Japan. We were able to do the research together and visit the apartments the same day.The service is excellent, they take care of everything and make this super complicated process in Japan almost too easy! I was able to sign my rental contract in no time.I highly recommend this agency!

I definitely recommend this for any foreigners looking for an apartment in Tokyo. Corey and Seina are really helpful and attentive, and made the very difficult process of apartment hunting much easier and clearer. They found me just the right place, and helped me navigate the whole process from start to finish, including translating what was being said during the contract-signing, setting up utilities, etc. I had really specific requirements and Corey never tried to sell me an apartment that wasn't right for me. Really friendly and a great agency for foreigners in Tokyo.

Corey and Seina helped me with setting up my bank/phone/residence and helped me with finding an apartment.I could not be happier with the smooth service and my current apartment. Corey was very helpful by not only helping me find an apartment, but also taking into account my needs and wants. You can tell they have allot of experience in helping foreigners find apartments and setting up their lives. I would recommend everyone who wants a hassle free start into their live in Tokyo to go with Corey and Siena. Great service but more importantly great people!
