Mr. Yoshi Chatani, from our first zoom meeting to the closing of my condo, provided excellent service, valuable advice when it came to everything from what to look out for when choosing a place. Best of all, he found the condo which had all the things I like, in the location I love, Tama City. He helped me through some issues along the way, and made the process go smoothly. Mr. Chatani is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all, very trustworthy. We were so happy with our experience with Add Value while searching for an apartment in Tokyo!! My real estate agent, Yoshi, was incredibly helpful and accommodating through the entire process. I had a lot of questions and worries about moving to Japan but everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I cannot recommend Yoshi and AddValue enough!
