The easiest way to access this shrine would be going to where the solar panels are and looking for a white metal fence at the tree line of the gravel area. Climb those stairs to get to the shrine. If you are already at the other shrine/park then go through the forest and pass by the creepy houses that dot the trail and get to the fork in the road, once there you can turn left and go to the cemetery or turn and right and go through the brush and follow the rough path and find the shrine that way.The experience was a positive one, be prepared for the extreme incline and decline of the walk to either shirne and I recommend wearing long sleeves and pants, as to not get scrapped and cut up by the overgrown weeds and such.
