Did a few loads of washing at midnight, three washing machines and two dryers were available. Locals sitting & waiting for their washing. Wandered up from Shinagawa Station, easy about 15 minutes. Not the best looking place but honestly the clothing was washed & dried in an hour. Cheap too. Byo beer.
21時頃に利用。他の方のレビューにあるような管理人はいませんでした。100円玉を持っていないと両替はできませんが、近くに自動販売機があります。
Lavanderia automática próxima da estação Shinagawa. Bastante pequena e sem ventilação. Deixe as roupas e aguarde em outro local.
The place was a bit old and dirty, but washing machine works! (I didn't use dryer) Saw a couple of local people use both washer and dryer, which is a good sign. 15 min walk from Shinagawa station.

Serves the purpose. Best that it’s 24hours. No changing machine. Everything only accepts 100 yen coins. There’s drinks vending machines nearby so you can buy a drink and get change. There’s a preclean button to wash the machine but I didn’t figure it out yet the moment I put the coins in , it started washing for real
