We had a wonderful day at Kamakura visiting two temples and a shrine. Miyuki was a fabulous knowledgeable host. We now have some superb memories of our day.
Wonderful day of touring in Tokyo! Such a fabulous tour, learned so much, including what to eat and how to get around the city on our own!
This was hands down the best experience we had in Japan—truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the samurai and his team made everything feel authentic, immersive, and special.The training was incredible, and getting dressed in traditional samurai attire made it feel like we were stepping back in time. The highlight was learning how to properly handle a samurai sword and actually cutting through planks—it was thrilling and something we’ll never forget.To top it all off, ending with a traditional tea ceremony brought everything full circle in such a peaceful and meaningful way.What an experience—10/10. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.
We had a wonderful tour with Miyuki in Northern Tokyo!!! She took us on a tour of the Sake Academy, shrine and sakura viewing in a really lovely park, and a sake tasting at a cute family-owned izakaya nearby.Very knowledgeable about the city, and fun to talk to! Despite only giving us a short tour in-person, she was also *a huge help* in planning our trip and recommending amazing experiences.Thank you so much Miyuki-san & Omakase - we are looking forward to coming back and doing it again! 😊😊
