品川駅の目の前にこんな自然があったなんて！木々、丘、小さな子供向けの遊び場・遊び道具があり！お金もかからず、気軽に立ち寄れる。運営してくれている人たちに感謝！
すごい natural adventure!
Danke für den schönen Nachmittag an unserem ersten Tag in Tokyo. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß vor allem Arthur hat es genossen.
品川駅から徒歩圏内にある「みなそとプレーパーク」は、外遊びの場で夏場はホースからのシャワーや土をほった手作りプールなど工夫もあります。自然の木陰もふんだんにあり土や自然と触れ合えます。「遊具」はありませんが、子どもたちが自由に遊ぶことができ、大人がプログラムを決めることなく、子ども自身が遊びを創り出します。古くは島津藩邸下屋敷があったようで巨大ビル群の裏にひっそりとある自然スペースですが巨木をみると歴史がかいまみえます。NPO法人のプレーリーダーが子どもたちの遊びをサポートし、地域の交流の場ともなっています。

NPO Minato Outdoor Play Association operates this park.Food and drinks are allowed, and you may bring your own. There are restrooms available. Depending on how you play, you may get very muddy, so it’s recommended to bring a change of clothes. During bug season, insect repellent is also recommended.Opening days: Sunday – WednesdayOpening hours:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 10:00 – 16:00Wednesday: 11:00 – 16:00Hours may change depending on the season.On this day, we visited with upper and lower elementary school students as well as kindergarten children. They were able to experience many activities such as climbing hills, starting fires, making bekko-ame (a traditional Japanese caramel candy), cutting branches, digging holes, and playing on a rope swing.It was a place where children of any age could freely try what they wanted to do and become deeply engaged in their own play.This park is run through the goodwill of the NPO and its volunteers. It is a place we would like to continue using with appreciation, by following good manners such as cleaning up after ourselves and taking our trash home.
