Wonderful experience. Very accomodating with availability. I did a 60 min Reiki treatment. It was my first time and it was very relaxing. The master is very nice and welcoming and he was even so nice to bring me to the Kyoto station afterwards! I bought his book and will now start reading. Recommended!
I had 1-hour Reiki session with Yuichi at Nikusui Traditional Japanese Reiki Massage two weeks ago while visiting Kyoto, and it was truly a transformative experience. I was struggling with insomnia at the time, and since the session, I’ve been feeling much calmer and have been sleeping through the night.Yuichi has a very grounding and gentle presence, and the session, which included both Reiki and massage, left me feeling relaxed, balanced, and deeply at peace. It was exactly what I needed.I’m already planning to return to Japan next year, and when I do, I’ll definitely book another session with him.If you’re in Kyoto and enjoy Reiki, I highly recommend reaching out to Yuichi.
I made an appointment after finding Yuichi’s reiki practice online. He was very quick to reply and answered all my questions with consideration.The studio is small and cozy in what feels like a domestic back street. Yuichi put me at ease straight away - he has a very warm and caring manner.The treatment I had was for an hour - maybe next time I would have a longer one. It felt thorough and comprehensive. I left feeling very calm and relaxed. I look forward the healing effects unfolding over the next days.I would really recommend a visit to Yuichi if you are curious to experience the original form of reiki whilst visiting Japan - he is clearly highly qualified and cares deeply about maintaining the reiki tradition and his clients wellbeing.

I had a 90 minute session with Yuichi Ibi while visiting Kyoto. This was worth venturing away from my group! I was able to release so much tension, particularly in my hips. I highly recommend if you are interested in trying reiki massage.

衣斐先生とはもうかれこれ20年ほどのお付き合いになりますが、人柄もとても誠実で信頼できる先生です。今回初めてレイキを受けましたが、とてもリラックスでき、不思議と心も身体も軽くなった感じがしました。レイキに興味がある方はぜひ一度体験してみてほしいと思います。元々スポーツトレーナーや接骨院もされていたので体の不調も相談でき、マッサージの技術も高くいつもお世話になっております。今後ともよろしくお願いします。
