MMMの特徴
城崎の街を救うために生まれた、ユニークなポップアップショップです。
地元の陶器の破片を使った、意義深い金継ぎ体験ができます。
多くの思い出と感動を与えた、特別なチャリティイベントとして開催されました。
「ものを売る人が城崎の街に暮らすように出店できる場所」として運営されてるポップアップショップです。城崎国際アートセンターの田口幹也館長さんが運営している、ポップアップスペースです。MMMが「おもしろい！」と思った企画をポップアップショップとして展示や販売などが行われてます。ファッション、アート、アクセサリー、雑貨やアンティークものや飲食店など幅広いジャンルのなかで、全てが作品として打ち出され！世に送り出されてる感じがしました。行くたびに違う顔の店舗になってると思われ、楽しさとワクワク感がオシャレに演出されてますって感じ😊‼️

🌟 KINTSUGI EVENT – A MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCE IN KINOSAKIThis small event venue is located in a quiet corner of Kinosaki, near the post office. I joined a local kintsugi experience, where participants could use broken ceramic pieces to create something new and meaningful.I made two pieces — the first one was random, just picking up some shards and forming a simple design. For the second, I shaped it into the outline of Vietnam, my home country 🇻🇳After completing all the steps, the finished work is placed in a small box to take home. You let it sit for a day, then rinse it gently — and it's ready to display.💰 Cost: ¥3,000 for adults, ¥500 for kidsIt’s one of the most memorable hands-on activities I’ve joined in Japan — not just for the craft, but for the story behind it.This event was hosted by Kobayashiya Ryokan, not as a commercial activity but as a special charity event.A recent fire in Kinosaki damaged several buildings, including Kobayashiya’s parking area, warehouse, and laundry room. All of their mug cups were destroyed and couldn’t be used again. Instead of throwing them away, the owner decided to turn this loss into a creative, healing event — using the broken pieces for kintsugi, and inviting locals and visitors to join.💔 A beautiful idea born from hardship — and a small way to give back to the community.🗓️ Unfortunately, this event only ran for a few days (May 20–24, 2025), but I’m grateful I was part of it.
