白浜駅にある情報コーナーです。時間帯によっては有人の時もあるようですね。やはり未だにパンダが幅を利かせています（笑）。白浜全体の情報が網羅されていますが、こぢんまりしていて簡素な印象です。トータル評価は星5つにします。

On May 2, 2026, I had an accident while eating fish at Tore Tore Ichiba market, which is near the train station and tourist information center here. A fish bone got stuck in my throat, and it was honestly a terrible experience.I tried everything I could think of — swallowing rice, drinking lots of water — but nothing worked. To make things worse, it was during Japan’s Golden Week holiday, so almost every hospital and clinic nearby was closed. I was very worried and didn’t know what to do, so I came here to ask for help.There, I met a gentleman working at the information center. He was incredibly kind and communicated with me using a mix of Japanese and English, sometimes with the help of a translation app on his phone.Even though he told me that all the nearby hospitals were closed that day, he still kept trying to help. He called every hospital and clinic he could reach and did his best to explain my situation and ask the doctors and nurses if anyone could treat me.In the end, he successfully found a hospital that could help. I had to drive about 15 minutes there and enter through the back because the hospital itself was closed. They directed me to the emergency department at the rear entrance instead.When I arrived, I only needed to show my passport to the staff, and they immediately understood why I was there. The gentleman had already explained everything and even helped register me in advance, which made the whole treatment process go very smoothly.I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his help that day. I wanted to write this review to sincerely thank him for his kindness and support.I truly wish him good health and happiness, and I hope that if I have the chance to visit again in the future, I can meet him once more and thank him prope.
