What truly set him apart was his cheerful demeanor and his attentiveness to our needs, making us feel valued and comfortable.Mr. Khan's knowledge of the Nikko area enriched our experience, allowing us to explore the beauty and history of the place in a way we never could have on our own. His pleasant personality added to the enjoyment of our day, making every moment memorable.However, I feel obliged to mention that for the premium we paid (USD 661), the car's comfort could have been better. While Mr. Khan's service was impeccable, a more comfortable vehicle would have enhanced our overall experience, especially considering the tour's premium nature.In conclusion, Mr. Khan is a fantastic guide, and his services are highly recommended. With an improvement in the vehicle comfort from Ohayo Travel, this would undoubtedly be the perfect tour experience.
We booked our recent 2 week trip to Japan with Oyaho. They gave us the perfect experience! As a person in a large electric wheelchair, it is sometimes hard to find information about barrier free accessibility in Japan. Ohayo organised everything for us including choosing large barrier free hotel rooms, arranging tours and guides at wheelchair friendly locations in Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Kobe. They also organised a wheelchair accessible taxi (Oshidori taxi) who travelled with us for the 2 weeks and were fantastic, becoming like family to us. The planning and booking process was so easy, and when plans needed to be changed with a typhoon, they took care of everything so that we could relax and enjoy our trip. Everything was fully accessible and we never had to worry. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.
I used Ohayo travel to book a driver from Kawaguchiko back to Tokyo. Their service is stress free and can easily accommodate disabled passengers. I found their pricing fair and would recommend them to friends and family.
