港区立郷土歴史館図書室の特徴
郷土歴史館内に位置し、アクセスが便利です。
立派な建物で、歴史を感じられます。
本を受け取るのがスムーズで楽です。
入ってません^^;入りづらい。

本を受け取るのに大変便利です。高輪まで行かなくて済みます。
Don’t think this is actually a ‘public’ library as you’d find elsewhere in Japan. You are basically prohibited from doing anything here that’s not reading their books (and I have a hard time imagining anyone doing that, because their collection is _tiny_). If you are hoping to find a peaceful place to sit and do some work you’ll be out of luck. If you are hoping to find a book to read, you are probably also out of luck, unless your interests go to minato history/culture (to be fair, that one kinda makes sense given its location).I can’t believe the staff member (in an entirely empty space, zero patrons around, with like 20 seats available) told me I can’t use my PC there, because the space is reserved for the people that want to read their books. I could completely understand that if it were full, but… anyway, they have a lovely space, but nobody actually uses it because of rules.It’s especially weird because most of the library is basically desks, you’d expect they want people to use them.
