Friendliest staff. English was good enough to get things done and when it wasn't the receptionist busted out the translator. Shipping to the US right now will be super expensive. 25kg box cost like $930 USD.
The two female staff today were very helpful and very kind. They helped me set up my account and have my package shipped. One speaks good English, and we were able to communicate well. Thank you so much.From Japan to America, a small package costed ¥7000+ and will take 2-3 days to deliver.

集荷してもらう事が基本なのか直接持込や相談が出来るオフィスは数少ないですが助かります。場所は分かりにくいですが受付担当の方は顧客に寄り添った対応で素晴らしかったです。
