I have used Zervtek for 5 cars now and have always been happy, and will use them again in the future. I've recommended them to friends that have also been happy with the cars they have bought to the UK.With a 9 hour time difference you have to be patient with replies but they will come.Look forward to the next one, thank you Zervtek.
I would recommend buying a car through Zervtek. Shalinda offered helpful advice and suggestions about what to look for and what to avoid when considering purchases. The process including shipping etc takes a few months but at least you are safe in the knowledge that Zervtek are honest brokers.
Imported a honda fit s package through these guys. 100% RECOMMEND going through these guys I dealt with a guy called AVI. I probably annoyed him for about three months constantly prior to actually being serious about importing a car asking questions and he would always answer me professionally, he is excellent. Never forced me into anything and was very honest about what I could get for my money and would let me know if the bid was too high etc. Zervtek as a company is excellent would definitely use them again. As for the whole importing it can take time as I bought the vehicle in march 2023 and just got it registered and properly on the road now so it's is a long process but the car is in brilliant condition in and out! Thank you again!

Excellent service provider! I used these guys to import a toyota vellfire from japan to uk..Communication was nothing short of brilliant, from searching for the right car with me, to viewing it and then bidding on my behalf. Car was secured at a fair price and all business was handled professionally from that point all the way up until the car landed in the uk. Its never easy sending money overseas to people you've never met with, but the whole process went perfect without a hitch. Highly recommend Zervtek for their services, very frindly and helpful especially as i first time importer they made the whole process enjoyable. Will definitely use these guys again in the future. Absolute pleasure to do business with.

Purchased a car from them. Pre payment service was great. Got alll the info needed but as soon as I made the complete payments things started getting weird.1. Could not provide me with pictures of the car.2. Did not know where the vehicle was3. Didn't know Australian import processes and car had to be resent for asbestos checking.4. Eventually car was located and images provided5. Wheels in the original images were missing and stock steelies provided. Nothing reimbursed to me but instead advised that because of their messuo in point 3, they paid more and somehow I should be grateful.6. Car arrival delayed because of mismanagement of the vehicle - literally took 6 months to arrive.I had to personally chase up the shipping company as I thought I was scammed.The attitude from zervetek during this was terrible.
