匯金・芝浦ビルの特徴
整理整頓された清潔な室内で、快適に過ごすことができます。
駅から徒歩圏内で、周辺には便利なコンビニや食料品店があります。
コンパクトながら、電気コンロや冷蔵庫が完備されているお部屋です。
It was the perfect size room. It had a fridge sink and electric stove. It was perfect for making small dishes to save money. There were vending machines downstairs. There were convenience doors within walking distance and a few grocery stores to the location. It was also in walking distance between two stations. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a very nice compact room. There was kitchen necessities, a very good AC, you could do your laundry in the room, fast Wi-Fi, the futon bed is comfortable however it’s on the firm side. It’s a 13 minute walk from the train station. There were no funny smells in the room.
Actually its good place to stay, neat room, clean, it small but if you travel alone its enough, for couple ya so so,i just dissapoint there is no Washing Machine, the owner little bit slow respon, but its okay, and he give us information about the coin laundry.the toilet dont have a bidet or jet washer, so be creative 😅the photos i take before i check out, when i coming its clean and neat 😅😂overall this good place to rest after you strolling a day in tokyo.

周辺のオススメ
Stayed here for 4 nights in late April recently.Although this hotel does not have an English name, getting here from the train station was no issue following Google Maps.The room size is reasonable for Tokyo and is actually bigger than some hotels for the same price range if you do not mind no housekeeping and not much of a view.There is some space in the closet to put the luggage.It is well furnished, clean and there was little noise when windows are closed.We did not use the air-conditioning at all throughout the stay as the weather was nice and cool during the night.The TV is awkwardly placed but we don't use TV anyway.Only minor issues is the unit has no shower holder over the bathtub so the floor got wet after showering.The apartment is also within walking distance to a few stations and it was quite pleasant to walk to them.
