I was Emily's customer for a year or so, wanting strong acrylics to cover my growing nails- and then hard gels when I've reached an appropriate lenght.I have never felt so seen by someone doing this job. Such an enjoyable presence, always a good chit chat. I mean yes, the nails were absolutely 100/100 every time, loved them so much, but it's the person who makes a good business. I will always suggest her to my coworkers.Of course, because of work rules, I could only get simple nudes with a french, but on my last visit I got a pretty, summery lemon set.Pardon the cuts but that's because I work a job heavy on hands - and still, never had lifting problems!
I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done by Emily. She is an artist and highly skilled at her craft. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, but Emily did not disappoint! She captured exactly what kind of design I was going for. The appointment itself was also super relaxing, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in Tokyo and looking for a skilled and friendly nail artist, I highly recommend her!
One of my priorities when visiting Japan was to get my nails done, and luckily I found this spot after doing some research online. I planned on getting my nails done twice during my visit, when I first arrived and before I left. I had a wonderful experience both times! We talked about what design I wanted, and she did an excellent job at taking my ideas and gave me my favorite manicures. I appreciated the attention to detail and the time she dedicated to her craft.
spring 2023 - green french, flowers, cat eyeI had a great time getting my nails done here! Emily is super sweet and was easy to communicate with even before my appointment. I requested a specific design and she worked with me to get all the details to my liking. During my appointment, Emily was very considerate and in tune with my experience, explaining the process along the way and making sure to check in with me on how I felt about the design as she worked. She was very detail oriented and you can tell she cares about her work. I love how my nails turned out ☺️ thanks again Emily!fall 2024 - bee & puppycat charactersI went back a second time with a more complicated character design and Emily did an amazing job! I came in with a busy mock up and she was great at working with me to translate it into a design on my nails; while doing my nails she would add a layer to build the design on a nail and move to the next, rotating through each of my nails and returning to the start to continue adding the next layer to build the design, and this was with a unique design for each nail. Incredible workmanship on her part! Really gotta give her kudos for efficiency, attention to detail, planning, and keeping everything organized especially given the low fidelity draft I came in with. Retention was great as well considering I didn't really take care of my nails that well; I wasn't careless with them but I was using them as tools from time to time, and I wasn't often moisturizing or applying nail oil. They lasted ~6.5 weeks before I experienced any lifting, and all my nails on one hand were in tact up to ~8.5 weeks before there was lifting on that hand. Probably not recommended to keep them so long, but I wanted to see how long they could last.Always a pleasure to have Emily do my nails & would definitely recommend 💖

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The nail artist was incredibly skilled and paid close attention to every single detail I requested. She explained every step of the process, which I really appreciated. Beyond her technical talent, she was so kind and funny, making the whole appointment very enjoyable. My nails look perfect – highly recommended! I really hope to come back to this studio one day ❣️
