Luciano was my piercer and I had an amazing experience. The store was very clean and peaceful. I had a cup of tea and picked my jewelry while I was waiting. Once my appointment started Luciano showed me how they sterilize all jewelry and all the precautions they take for cleanliness. I loved their transparency and how he spoke about what he was doing at every step. This is not my first piercing but the first time I’ve had an over the top/amazing experience! Will definitely be back.

Our 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced here while we were traveling in Tokyo. Luciano was so amazing with her. He took the time to show her everything involved in the process including sterilization, piercing and after care. The piercings turned out great, have healed well, and she's so happy. Would 100% recommend this place if you're on the fence, they're true professionals, and really care about the patients and outcomes!
This was the best piercing experience i’ve ever had. Meron was my piercing and he was not only very professional, but very personable and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He was very patient with me, and was constantly reassuring me making sure I was comfortable and asking for my consent throughout the process. He also went above and beyond explaining the entire process to me step by step, and showed me the sterilization process of all materials and jewelry used. He also was adamant that if I encountered any issues, questions, or concerns to not hesitate to reach out to them. I was truly pleased and impressed with the studio and will definitely be coming back for future piercings! I cannot emphasize my recommendation enough.
