This is my second stay at Section L Hamamatsucho. The kitchenette is the clincher for me, since I need to adhere to a particular dietary regimen. Also the washer-dryer works well. My first stay I had a larger room with a bathtub and a sofa, but this time I wanted to economize, so my room had just a shower (no bath) and if I wanted to exercise horizontally I had to do it on the bed. There would have been room to do some exercises on the floor in the hall. Perhaps the hotel could include yoga mats as one of their optional equipments.As other reviewers have made very clear, it is super convenient near all sorts of amenities and transportation. The staff are very helpful!Great value for the money! I hope to stay here again.
This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s close to two different stations making it easy to travel to any of the neighborhoods in Tokyo. The room soundproofing was pretty good. We only occasionally could hear our neighbors. During the night the area is very quiet so we slept well. They have a few amenities downstairs at the desk if you forgot any toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Overall I was very satisfied with my time here.
We stayed at Section L for little over three months during a family emergency in Japan and we don’t have a bad word to say about it. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly and the space was just right for our needs. The area is amazingly well connected, with the hotel a short walk from both Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations which connect you to 2 major over ground lines (including the Yamanote line) and 2 underground lines and the monorail. Between the lines and monorail you can get directly to either airport in Tokyo too. The area is quiet enough to mean you get a good nights sleep but lively enough that there are always restaurants and convenience stores open. Section L has lots of personality and nice touches like the Thursday happy hours. We will remember our time there fondly!

周辺のオススメ
Great serviced apartment. Very clean. I didn't end up needing to use anything but the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need for basic cooking. There's also a laundry machine in the apartment with detergent. There's a small balcony for fresh air. The shower might be tough for tall people because the ceiling is quite low (I'm 160cm and it was a little tight). The bed's quite large and comfortable, but on the flip side, it takes up a lot of the room and it's kind of hard to move from the balcony side to the other side of the room without hitting the tv. The hotel location is great, maybe a 3 minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station. Communication was also good and prompt, even through Booking.com. I would stay again.
