Great Show!! Love it so much
This feedback is for both the cast and the management team.✅5 ⭐️First of all, a huge compliment to the cast. Every performer delivered an amazing performance. The facial expressions, movements, and mannerisms were incredibly close to the Sailor Moon anime characters. It was clear that a lot of effort and passion went into the show, and it really brought the characters to life. Thumbs up to everyone on stage.🚫👎👎👎👎👎🚫As for the management team, there are several areas that could be improved for the overall guest experience.After scanning the QR code outside, the English signage was not very clear. There was no obvious indication of where guests should line up to collect their drinks. The sign at the drink bar appeared to be for alcoholic beverages and drink purchases, not for drink collection, which caused confusion.The seating is also quite small. For me, it was just manageable, but visitors with a larger build may find it uncomfortable. I would recommend paying extra for the sofa seats, which appear to offer a much more comfortable experience.The included drink was okay but far too sweet for my taste.One important thing that wasn’t made clear enough is the phone policy. I didn’t realize that phones were not allowed on the table, even when set to airplane mode. For future visitors, make sure to place your phone in the basket provided, not inside your bag. At the end of the show, there is very little time to retrieve items, and you may miss the opportunity to capture the finale moment.After the performance ended, instructions for exiting and post-show procedures should have been displayed on the main screen. Instead, they were shown on a small A4-sized paper hold by the staff that was difficult to read in the brief moment available.While lining up to leave, the Sailor Moon cast members inside the venue was taking photos with guests who had purchased the premium front-row tickets on the stage.I wasn’t aware that photography was not allowed, and a staff member quickly approached me and requested that I delete the photo. If photos are strictly prohibited, it may be better to let all other guests exit first before conducting these premium ticket interactions to avoid confusion. 😏😤Fortunately, the outdoor Sailor Moon high-five session at the end helped bring back a smile and left the experience on a more positive note.🫡Overall, the cast deserves 5 stars, but the organization, communication, and guest flow could use some improvements.

この場所の名前だと紛らわしくて間違えてしまいたどり着けないと思いますので、念のため…アクアパーク内にある品川プリンスホテルANNEXタワー内のステラボールの3階、クラブeXの事です。ボーリング場の一つ上の階にあります。今回公演のために会場をかなりセーラームーン仕様にしてあるため、海外の方が勘違いして作られた場所だと思います。
