Love this place! As someone with high standards when it comes to wine, a Demain earns a rare 10 out of 10. Tucked away in a quiet corner, this intimate little bar is a genuine hidden gem. Their collection is impressive, predominantly French, and the staff’s knowledge is equally remarkable. Every curveball I threw at them was met with a perfect pour. Don’t think about it, go here!
ワインがとても好みで、本当に美味しく、居心地の良いワインバーでした。お店にはシュナウザーがいて、驚くほど可愛くてとても癒されます。オーナーさん（女性だと思います）がとても気さくで可愛らしい方で、初めて伺ったのに自然とリラックスできました。女性ひとりでも安心して楽しめる雰囲気で、また通いたいと思える素敵なお店に出会えました！
A lovely wine bar in Jimbocho! We had a delicious glass of red wine each – a refreshing and fun Cabernet Franc + Merlot blend from Nagano – and some olives. We also enjoyed our conversation with the sommelier. Great prices for the quality of the wine, the ambience, and the service. Next time we hope to try more of the food; it all sounds delicious! Drink wise, they also serve beer, sake, and non-alcohol options.
Very beautiful wine bar, newly opened. Amazing atmosphere with a great selection of natural Japanese wines. Earthy, herbaceous flavors and great varietals. If you are from California or the states, come in with an open mind for what you what traditionally expect of certain varietals. Great place!
