As far as I can tell, this unusual sculpture (looks like it's built from random pieces of steel) is the first installed structure in some major construction happening here. Aesthetically it fits perfectly into the Kawasaki vibe of an ugly but thriving industrial area. I'll be long gone before the development is complete. 6/26
