Great service and selection. The gentleman that helped us spoke English very well. That was a big deal, because trying to learn about knives and make a decision would have been more difficult with a language barrier. That was very much appreciated.Free laser engraving. Other engraving options for small fee.
Amazed by the sharpness of the fish/meat Carbon-steel knife I bought from the store. also bought stone. Staff able to speak english and explain to me the various type/options/advantages/disadvantage of each type.Really happy with my purchase.
Was ready to pay quite high for a fancy set of knives, but then one of the employees assisted and showed differences between Japanese knives so I ended up buying a set plus 1 extra Nakiri for almost half price. I really appreciate the honest and helpful service as it could be really easy to trick someone, which I have somehow felt significantly in other high rated knife stores in Osaka.

Great experience here! The knives are a bit more reasonably priced then the other shops around and we were happy to have found a French speaking attendant who helped us with some questions so major bonus that they speak english, French and Japanese. Highly recommend getting your knives here but make sure to check opening hours as it’s different than some of the other stores
