**Required ID in order to use service**This is located on Navy installation.Your visit may vary but from our experience, the team here gets the job done. Depending on what you need to get done, experience may vary. We been here a couple times for oil change and we dropped it off on the morning and got it back in the afternoon. They do call when service is complete but we have issues with Japanese phone numbers and US numbers. It doesn't hurt to call them to see if the service is done.Yes, it is slightly expensive but I won't deduct a star for that as the price compared to State side it is reasonable. Our oil change was about $64. $21 for labor and $43 for material.Yes, off base is cheaper, but for the convenience it's good as well as they speak English.As far as I know, for at least the simple stuff, it's been good here.
I got my first ever flat tire today and Nex Car Care was extremely helpful! I called to see if they had any openings to have a new tire put on and Criszel told me to head to the shop. The service was quick and easy which was great because I had my baby with me. Thank you again Criszel, to the mechanic who took care of us so quickly, and to all the friendly staff!
Adam is awesome. The person I bought my car from lied about some of the issues it was having. Adam helped explain why my car was acting the way it was, worked with my schedule and did his best to get the best priced parts for the repairs. Finally my car is running smooth. Thanks again to Adam and all the people that helped!

They fill up by 0800 even though they open at 0700, and since it's first-come, first-served, there's no guarantee that your car can be serviced the following day (even for simple repairs where your parts need to be ordered) even if you drop it off the night before.I wish there were more options off-base for non-Japanese speakers because that's just ridiculous.
