I'm from Minneapolis so I'm used to free public toilets in most medium and large parks, and free toilet use in many businesses and restaurants. It was a relief to find this bathroom with a Western-style toilet when I was in a bit of an emergency due to indigestion. There was only one toilet in the men's, but it was very clean and free! Thank you to the Tokyo sanitation department and all their tireless workers.Besides the one toilet, there are two urinals. There is a touch less button for flushing. The toilet splashes only slightly on you when flushing if you're still seated. The toilet stall had a full roll of toilet paper, but only one and it was normal-sized.I do wish there was a shelf in the toilet stall to rest my things and soap for the sink.
