Pcr testing service was fine. They offer airport pickup but it was a disaster. Went from saying the pickup car was 5 min late to 15 min late and then eventually changed my pickup time from 5:30 to 8pm. Customer service rep said they would call me back to keep my updated on the situation but never did. Ended up finding another way home. Avoid this service if you want a smooth journey home
