Delightful morning breakfast while our bikes were prepared. Bikes and helmets provided for a fun day exploring Kyoto. Would definitely recommend a stop here!
Great place to rent a bike when in Kyoto and the price is very affordable, plus options for a regular or e-bike!!! Taki was helpful and carefully explained the rules of biking around Kyoto. Thank you!! :)
The best way to experience Kyoto is by bike. I happened to come across a rental shop and rented one on the spot, then rode it to many attractions. It was extremely convenient and felt relaxed and chill! The owner’s service was excellent, and they were able to communicate in English.
Fantastic from start to finish. Taki helped us set up the e-bikes including a basket, stand and locks to match. Showed us a map of where to park along with some top tips, all the presence of a truly amazing coffee which if I’m honest was not expected. The bikes performed great and after extending our stay it was no issue for taki and the team to allow us to continue to the use the bikes. Couldn’t recommend more. Don’t forget to try the coffee whilst you get your bikes
Bikes are in good condition, well equipped (basket and phone holder and helmet - extra coat). I couldn’t reserved in the website for the same day, so we arrived to the store directly and it was easy to rent. They explained us the rules of biking in Japan so we felt sure. Very good service! They are kind and happy attitude!
Great bikes. Great coffee. What a combo. Turbocharged and off we go. The friendly staff gave great advice. The barista also made me a mixed berry smoothie. The gluten free banana bread—oishin (that means delicious!). We bought a cool T-shirt. Support small businesses. Especially a bike shop over 100 years old.
Coffee is so tasty! Sandwich is also nice n crispy. Staff can speak English, so I enjoyed chatting with them. Getting a coffee and renting a bike would be a perfect start of the day in Kyoto if you are tourists!

We were lucky to have this bike rental right behind our hotel! Great help and explanation from the staff and a very fair price. There is also a cute coffee shop in the same space. The flat white we had 6 times in the end was nicely made with their Marzocco. Would recommend!
