Fantastic suitcase at a great price, no idea what the low reviews are talking about. Even without tax free, this store is much better value than a lot of the other shops like donki. Service was wonderful too, Arigato goisamasu!! 🙏
Airline broke my luggage. This store was very convenient, very well priced and the customer service was amazing. They even accepted to get rid of my broken luggage. Highly recommend using this store for luggage purposes!

I discovered this shop thanks to a recommendation on Reddit, and I absolutely don’t regret coming here! There’s a great selection of suitcases with really nice designs, and the prices are very, very attractive, much better than in some big chains like Don Quijote. The staff speak English and were truly lovely. Honestly, I highly recommend this place!
Hidden gem, even though quite good location. Great prices for ginza Karen suitcases if you can’t make it to an actual store of them! Fast and uncomplicated support.
