This is a fantastic Grand Seiko store! Fumitoshi Okazaki helped me a great deal with understanding how to set and care for my new Grand Seiko and showed me a lot of other models that sparked my interest. Some of the best customer service I’ve had the entire time I was in Tokyo!
Great experience at the GS flagship “WAKO” store! Harry took care of me and his service was fantastic.I ended up with a stellar GS Sport Watch and they even sized a new leather strap for me as an addition to the standard bracelet.Highly recommend coming here if you’re into watches, especially Grand Seiko’s.
流石のグランドセイコー。このお店で買ってないので駒調整1100円でやってもらいました。
10年前に購入したスプリングドライブのオーバーホールで立ち寄りました。店員さんたちがとても快く対応してくださり、もう少しで追加で購入しちゃうところでした(笑)。
Had a good experience buying my first Grand Seiko here got lucky and picked up the SBGA211, the staff was very helpful in explaining the watch to me and adjusting the watch to my wrist.
