They were amazing. Arrived early to the first apartment and got everything out SUPER fast. Handled everything with care. They worked very hard getting everything up to my new 5th floor home with no elevator. Even helped me translate a little Japanese for my gas setup!!! Amazing service!

We were moved by 23 Move at the end of June (2023) and I can't speak highly enough about the owner and his staff! They were so friendly and helpful. Once the refrigerator was in position at the new house for instance, I was advised not to plug it in immediately, to allow the fluids within the fridge to settle - I never knew this! A necessary piece was missing at the new house, in order to hook up the washing machine, and the owner actually Googled the piece (so I could see what I was to look for) and reassured me that I could get it at any hardware store. The owner's demeanor was so calming - he made a typically stressful experience feel seamless and easy.I actually called a few places in order to get quotes before the move and 23 Move had the best price. Nothing at either end was bumped, dented or damaged - everything was wrapped and moved with extreme care.Would I recommend someone to use 23 Move's services? Absolutely!!!!
Had the best experience with this moving company in Tokyo. The owner was incredibly responsive and efficient. He was also very friendly and accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. Also he is helping to find specific furnitures for the customer’s new place. Definitely 5 stars.
