Victoria 下北沢の特徴
下北沢駅に近く、便利な周辺環境が魅力です。
新しい物件で広々としたアパートは東京では珍しいです。
アンティークやヴィンテージが楽しめる買い物エリアに位置しています。
Its a new property and fairly large by Tokyo standards. The location is outstanding and so is the fit and finish of the apartment. It does come with a fair bit of design flaws , wgicha re sore irritants. The property has no lift and the stairs are steep, unfrimdly with heavy bags or anyone with a knee problem.The beds are placed in a manner that you have to practically climb over ur family or twist or hurt ur foot to reach the second bed . The living room AC has a malfunction and didnt work during our stay. The electric sockets are placed in a manner , that they impractical to use. The tub tap is 2 feet away from the tub amd simply unusable and serves no purpose. No iron or ironing board is provided. Bathroom towel mats or kitchen cleaning towels are not provided. They offered to change our apartment to another , but with no inputs on where ans hence we stayed put. Great apartment comes short on simple practical aspects.
下北沢周辺で宿泊先を探していました。料金も安く、未就学児連れの4人で宿泊しましたが、駅近で清潔、部屋も広く快適でした。パジャマは持っていく必要がありますが、ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、ボディソープ、シャンプーリンスはあります。おすすめです！
Great and spacious location in a very lovely neighbourhood. It felt like coming home every day :)

周辺のオススメ
Enough space for 1adult and 2children to stay one night. The place is convinient and location is very close to Shimo - kitazawa station. ( access by Keio line or Odakyu Line ) There’s convenience stores, breakfast places . Also it is good shopping area if you like Furugi. Therifted closes , vintage closes etc… My son (freshman ) loved this place so much . We will def back next year. Thank you!
