I leased a 1LDK apartment Daitabashi as it was new and on promotion. My experience with HMLET team and the space was >5 stars, save for some minor feedback which I will highly recommend the team there to consider, so they can be even more competitive.The space I had was about 25sqm and comes with a small double bed, living area with 2 seater and shelving space & a good study table & chair. The kichenette is very well equipped with all the necessary things needed for cooking meals (see the picture and video). The bathroom is split neatly into WC, basin & vanity area and a shower/bathtub. Yes, you can work or walk the whole Tokyo and be back here to soak in and relax (see the video).The HMLET team was most helpful from the enquiring (Matsumura-san) to Hawker-san (Member Experience). They strived to help and clarify swiftly with my many emails with questions, all the way to my very smooth check out. I felt well taken care of here.The area felt very safe for one to commute alone, even late into the night. There are convenience stores within 200-400m from studio and some restaurantsaround, more if you walk 3-5min further. this place is 2 station lab away from Shinjuku, 3-6 stations away from Shibuya (depending on the lines and whether you time yourself to take the express trains).To Improve:1) little disappointed that the app was not ready and I was not correctly advised on the mailbox PIN for key collection. But I managed to retrieve my keys so I think the mgmt. has do some amendment on this part.2) There is only 1 AC in the studio which is fine but if you close off the door at night while you sleep inside the bedroom area, you will also cut off the ac cold air into the space. In summer, I think that will not be workable. That said, this suggestion will warrant a much higher level of rework.3) The pillows were a little too flat for posture support.
