初めて来店しましたが、お隣の今まであったショップと違いウェアにメインロゴマークがないものが多数取り揃えてあり、他の人が来ていないジャケット等々が欲しい人にはありがたいお店です。なかなか金額がお高めですが、非常に商品は良いものがあります。お店の方も対応が丁寧で好印象です！
東京で一番好きなお店! If you're fan of Arc'teryx and Veilance—this is a must visit. One of the best retail experiences in Tokyo.Wide selection of Arc'teryx products as well as the Veilance range. We managed to snag a Veilance jacket and a pair of shoes in our desired sizes. If you know Veilance, this doesn't happen often.What sets this place apart is the customer service. Next level stuff even by Japanese standards.On my first visit, we arrived near closing yet Sato-san and everyone else was so welcoming and patient.The Veilance jacket in my size was only available in Kobe, and Sato-san took the initiative to order it into Tokyo for me.When my jacket arrived in two days (talk about efficiency!), we visited the store again to pick it up. Got to try all the different jackets and models, and eventually bought a pair of shoes too.Sato-san, Moriyama-san and all the other staff were so friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the products.Their sincerity, warmth and professionalism made all the difference, and made us appreciate and enjoy the Arc'teryx and Veilance brand even more.Thank you for the wonderful and memorable experience, and we will definitely be back.
