Friendly staff; they sell high heels for both men and women. They didn’t have the size I needed for a specific model I wanted but luckily they sell base models so I bought a pair and customized it myself.
AAA i LOVE my new boots. granted, i havent had a chance to test their durability yet but they are really beautiful and i also found them to be much more affordable and higher quality compared to other stores in takeshita selling boots. i wasnt aware of the shinjuku store when i was buying it so i ended up having to buy one size bigger than i wanted bc they were out of stock but i’ll manage! :) learning to walk will take a stumble or two haha. i found the staff to be lovely and helpful as well.
Wish I could give 4.5 stars- I absolutely LOVE my new shoes, but the insoles died on day 2 :( I love wearing these out and I know I’m doing a LOT of walking, but I was surprised they were destroyed so fast… going out today to find new insoles
店員さんが本当に優しいです。こちらが試着をお願いしたら、すぐに持ってきてくれたり、在庫がない靴は他店舗まで調べてもらって、目当ての靴が新宿で手に入りました。本当にありがたいです。
自分の求めていたような厚底がありました、履きやすいし。サイズも細かくありました、店員さんも丁寧でした。

近々ライブがあるので、それ用の靴が欲しくてお伺いしました。口コミの他の方が言っているような事は全くなく、店員さんも優しくて、かなり親身に相談も聞いてくれました！お陰様でライブ用の靴を無事購入出来ました！また気になっている厚底靴があるので買いに行きます！
