This week I bought a pair of shoes that I absolutely love. Unfortunately, the woman helping me was so rude. I tried on 3 pairs of shoes but left the store because I needed more time to think before purchasing. I could tell the she and her coworker were talking about me. While I walked away she threw a shoe on the ground. I did not expect such an awful attitude in a nice store like this. I love my shoes but this was a very poor shopping experience.
사장님이 정말 친절하십니다! 부담스럽지 않게 그러나 절대 부족하지 않게 응대해 주세요.저흰 외국인이라, 언어의 장벽 걱정을 조금 하긴 했었는데, 응대에 있어서의 거리감은 전혀 느껴지지 않았습니다.
I am one of Bopper's regular customers and have been shopping here for 6 years now. The service from the shop staff is exceptional, they are always so kind and attentive. The shoes are the best quality shoes I have ever purchased. The shoes I bought on my first visit still look as new as the day I bought them, with me wearing them weekly and with no maintenance. The soles still look new. The shoe designs are so beautiful, and so is the store! Thank you always, Bopper ❤️

As some of the previous reviewers said, staffs were really rude and offered very minimal help. When I walked into the store, they pretended that they didnt see me, even though there was only one other customer inside the store. I dont quite understand where's the bad attitude coming from. It's like they hate having business from tourists. They also put on a sign saying "close at 15:30" right after I stepped into the store. Even though their hours on Google and their website seem to be different. If you are looking for stylish shoes and dont care about good service, go ahead. If not, find yourself a better place.
